  • the South Australian Employment Tribunal
  • Victims of Crime matters
  • the Coroner's Court of South Australia
  • the Attorney-General's Department
  • forensic assessments, investigative support and silent witnessing

For lawyers, insurers and case managers

To request an assessment or report, please email csclinicalpsychservices@outlook.com or fax 08 6289 4605 with the referral and the questions you need addressed. I will confirm availability, process and fees before anything is booked.

If you have been referred for an assessment

If your appointment or report is being arranged or paid for by someone else — such as a lawyer, insurer or case manager — please let me know when you get in touch, and I will explain how the process works, what the assessment involves and who receives the report.

Common questions

Is a medico-legal assessment the same as therapy?

No. An assessment answers specific questions for a legal or insurance matter, and the report goes to whoever requested it. Therapy is treatment for you. I will be clear at the outset about which one we are doing.

How do I request a report?

Email or fax the referral with the questions you need addressed. I will confirm availability, process and fees before booking.

Who receives the report?

The party who requested the assessment, as agreed before it begins. I explain this to the person being assessed at the start.

Ready when you are

Your first step doesn't have to be a big one.

Book directly through my online diary, or send an enquiry whenever suits you — I read and reply to every message myself.
